For our Client, international company in medical devices industry, we are looking for an interesting candidates experienced in Customer Service area.
Customer Service Specialist with English
Responsibilities:
- creation of service agreements in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and their maintenance through entire duration,
- collecting PO from customers,
- issuing service agreement invoices & their distribution,
- resolving customer billing queries,
- seeking and keeping up-to-date customer contact details,
- performing cash collection activities,
- collaboration with US Service Sales Representatives, Contract Administration & AR Teams within the above tasks,
- participation in process optimization initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position,
- fluency in English (C1),
- proficiency in MS Office tools,
- ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders,
- strong analytical skills,
- strong team spirit,
- multitasking.
