Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.

Global Application Support Analyst (L&D)

Workplace: Warszawa/#Remote

Job Description & Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the actioning and resolution of assigned service issues/tickets. Reporting to the Global Application Management Services L&D Lead

Essential responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day second level support for globally used applications (Learning & Development area)

• Identify the workaround/solution and resolve incident within the agreed service levels

• Provide guidance on alternative resolutions on recurring or ongoing issues

• Document troubleshooting or resolution steps

• Work with the Service Desks to provide updates to the user, on the status of the incident

• Engage and coordinate with the vendor, when required

• Invoke escalation processes; involve multiple resolver groups, as needed

Required Skills:

• Documented experience in support area

• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Advanced English – both written and spoken

• Quick learning ability with will to upskill in technical area

• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes

• Experience with any LMS Systems, especially Cornerstone OnDemand platform would be an additional advantage
