For our client - a well-known global manufacturing company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Regional HRIS Specialist. Several years of experience working in SAP Successfactors in an SSC or BPO organization is required.
Regional HR Processes & Tools Specialist
Responsibilities:
- HR Systems configuration across different modules in SuccessFactors,
- Identifying and resolving issues pertaining to system configuration, usage, and integration,
- Managing permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users,
- Responding to and troubleshoots support tickets,
- Training employees on internal systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in SuccessFactors including detailed foundation objects managements, mass uploads & business rules,
- Experience in reporting and Human Resources processes is required,
- Previous experience in a Shared Services Company/BPO,
- Excellent command of English,
- Experienced in handling large amounts of data, producing statistics and KPI’s.
