Responsibilities:
- responsible for implementation and maintenance of IFS system in CEE Region,
- manage all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with IT partners to
- oversee all phases of a project,
- assessment of local IT systems and processes,
- define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting
- on an overall integrated delivery plan,
- managing project team: assign responsibilities and monitor progress of system implementation,
- coordinate day-to-day ERP project, facilitate meetings and working sessions with
- project team,
- communicate progress, risks and potential changes in scope to all stakeholders,
- ensure that the system fulfills the business requirements,
- oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
Requirements:
- minimum 5 years experiences in ERP (preferably IFS) implementation for international organizations,
- good knowledge of business processes in manufacturing and commercial company,
- project management certificates will be a definite asset,
- ability to manage a complex implementation project,
- strong oral and written communication skills.
