Who we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technology projects in banking sector.
- Well developed analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills - both written & spoken.
- Understanding of key technical aspects of system implementations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Knowledge of and experience in a banking sector.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of agile development process.
- Comfortable with information technology, systems and data; cloud-native solutions understanding.
- Knowledge or implementation experience of cloud native banking solutions (e.g. Thought Machine, Mambu, Vodeno).
- Experience in Python.
- Experience in YAML.
Your future role
- Participating in all stages of core banking implementation projects (on-premise as well as cloud-native solutions).
- Leading analytical workshops, meetings and calls with a client to understand their processes, challenges and needs.
- Translating business requirements into functional specification.
- Building common understanding of needs between Client and our technical team.
- Being continuously attentive to details and maintaining highest quality of project deliverables.
- Liaising with clients and customers throughout the solution development and delivery cycle, acting as trusted advisor.
- Staying up to date and specializing in the product we deliver by obtaining vendor certifications.
