
The Financial Crime Unit (FCU) provides consultancy services and operational support for global financial institutions in the banking sector within the area of Anti-Money Laundering.The scope of our projects is based on Know Your Customer and Transaction Monitoring procedures that help PwC’s customers, from all over the world, in preventing money laundering. In essence, the Financial Crime Unit counteracts the development of organised crime, fraud and terrorism.Our international and diverse team is one of the largest ones of its kind in the world, including nationalities from distant parts of the globe like Indonesia, Chile, Nigeria, Egypt, Zimbabwe and Singapore. Although English is our official language in both everyday communication and project work, our colleagues speak 39 languages in total.
Recruitment Specialist in Financial Crime Unit

Due to the dynamic development of our Financial Crime Unit - providing services in areas related to international regulations for the world's largest financial institutions, we are looking for a person for the Human Capital department for the position of:
Our Recruitment Specialist will support the recruitment processes for different streams (PMO, Operation, Policy & Compliance, Process, Tech, etc.) in PwC Financial Crime Unit.
The role:
-
run end-to-end recruitments projects for the Financial Crime Unit team in Gdańsk, Warsaw, Poznań and other locations (remotely)

updating stakeholders about progress and challenges in recruitment project

using various recruitment and Employer Branding tools to attract candidates
-
participation in EB fairs and events, cooperation with thematic portals

partner with Hiring Managers and team to design effective hiring strategies

participation in additional projects in the area of human resource management
Candidate’s profile:
-
min. 2 years of experience in recruiting for the internal HR department or recruitment agency
-
curiosity about recruitment and sourcing
-
advanced English (written and spoken)

advanced German would be an asset

min. Bachelor's degree
