Team Overview:
Client Insight and Innovation Team: Having a true insight over the overall business and the different services provided by BNY Mellon to help reach our goal to support the global client service delivery organisation by levering data and create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI/TABLEAU that can help with service issues remediations and also to develop internal reporting/metrics and client KPIs
Job Responsibilities:
Successful candidates are expected to lead, participate or coach other team members in the following areas with the goal to improve client insight, business oversight and identify process improvement opportunities:
- Ensure data content/quality by planning and conducting moderately complex data warehouse system tests, monitoring test results and taking required corrective action.
- Ensure that the business requirements needed to create metrics around the services are executed end-to-end
- May allocate/coordinate work within a team/project.
- Remain current on domain knowledge for their specific business and application areas of expertise.
- Understand the root cause of issues within the Business line of the different services (Unitities/ Alternative Investmnents /Corporate Actions)
Requirements:
- Four to six (4-6) years of experience in the securities or financial services industry (Unitities/ Alternative Investmnents /Corporate Actions) AND/OR experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management
- Understand the full trade life cycle
- Power BI, Tableau and SQL
