For our Client, an international service provider, we are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Order to Cash Accountant with proficiency in Spanish (B2 level) and Portuguese (B2 level) – both required. This is a remote position that requires no previous experience in accountancy, although experience in customer service will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
- processing customer orders (review/unblocking),
- performing cash collection activities and identifying potential disputes,
- reconciling customer accounts and ensuring payments are made in accordance with agreed payment terms,
- monitoring customer credit limits and escalating any issues to senior management,
- assisting with month-end closing activities and providing support to the wider finance team where required.
Requirements:
- fluency in English (C1), Spanish (B2), and Portuguese (B2) - all three required,
- strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences,
- attention to detail and ability to work accurately,
- ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships with colleagues and customers,
- strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely,
- willingness to learn and develop new skills.
