For our Client, an international Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of AP Expert Accountant with German.

Opis stanowiska:
  • recording and processing financial transactions related to orders and suppliers,
  • acting as the first line of contact representing the team,
  • checking and explaining discrepancies in payments,
  • reviewing and posting invoices in accordance with accounting procedures and standards,
  • preparation and submission of documentation for internal controls (meeting deadlines and quality assurance),
  • identifying opportunities to improve processes in terms of quality and productivity,
  • providing support to other team members.
Wymagania:
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the AP process,
  • very good knowledge of English and German (min. B2),
  • a very good understanding of MS Office package,
  • Knowledge of the SAP system will be a vital asset
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics is welcome,
  • features such as assertiveness, proactivity, action-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • ability to work with team members
  • Process transition experience will be an added advantage.
