What do you need to start?

• 8+ years of progressive master data experience in both strategic and tactical roles
• Advanced Excel skills – strong SQL a plus
• Deep technical and functional understanding of SAP S4/HANA and/or SAP ECC and the master data tables and field structure/usage – experience governing and integrating Non-SAP master data
• Expert hands-on experience with data analysis techniques and tools; strong attention to detail; efficiently works with large volumes of data and data related processes; can easily pivot between strategic and tactical execution as needed
• Relentless commitment and passion to promote the quality and continuous improvement of data assets that deliver desired business outcomes

What duties will help you grow?

• Engage with senior leaders and business stakeholders to assess and understand business requirements, proactively communicates project plans and status
• Interact as a leader on global, regional and site projects under the direction of the Global Data Governance Office Lead
• Liaison with MDM Technology Lead to prioritize, develop and implement automated solutions for data governance
• Prepare and provide proposals for new policies, processes, standards, technologies, etc. and present to Global Data Governance Council (GDGC) for approval
• Provide project management support for M&A’s, system conversions, and other master data related projects prioritized by the GDGC
