What do you need to start?

• Master's degree in Banking, Finance or IT
• 5 years of professional experience 
• Experience in working in a headquarter of a bank, insurance or consulting company as a plus 
• Ability to deal with conflicting requirements in a challenging stakeholder environment
• Have great analytical skills, IT and business understanding
• Experience in writing functional and non-functional requirements documents
• Experience in process mapping in common tools such as visio 
• Experience working with testers and developers on a daily basis, building and managing a backlog of user stories  
• Experience using such tools as Jira is a plus 
• Experience as a BA working with the business to translate operational requirements into business and technical user stories 
• Experienced in leding workshops, capturing succinct and well-written workshop outputs 
• Experience working on large scale technology transformation projects

What duties will help you grow?

• Cooperating with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions
• Creating functional and non-functional requirements by cooperating with agile and non-agile teams
• Supporting Product Managers and Product Owners in creating product road map
• Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
• Supporting development team in design phase to create desirable solution
• Being responsible for requirements documentation
• Ability to take leading role in creating functional specification documentation
• Supporting testers and developers in the team
• Understanding and creating diagrams of use cases, sequences, functional components
• Responsibility for completeness of requirements, explaining business context to developers when needed
• Ability to act as a solution architect when needed (from functional point of view)
