We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Onboarding in Enrichment Team to join our Client Activation team. This role is located in Wroclaw, PL – HYBRID.

The Global Client Activation team, part of our Operations group, is responsible for opening and amending accounts and markets for all our clients and investment managers across EMEA. 

Enrichment Team within Client Activation Team in Wroclaw is working on client’s requests and preparing internal instructions (enriching client’s instructions) for account openings and account amendments. It’s a non-client facing team. We liaise with client-facing colleagues in Manchester and Wroclaw and other internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely instructing of all new and existing client accounts, markets, and static data.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • enrich client instructions to ensure that client accounts will be opened, and all necessary data will be accurately set up on all BNYM systems,
  • maintain oversight of all outstanding items to ensure activity is completed in accordance with service level agreements,
  • demonstrate understanding of the various regulations applicable to the role and the associated control framework to ensure ongoing adherence,
  • build knowledge of all areas of BNYM Products, services and global markets in order to be able to add value when enriching client instructions

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • fluent English spoken and written (min B2 level)
  • effective organizational and time management skills
  • ability to perform to high level of accuracy with attention to detail
  • IT skills including MS Excel
  • ability to understand complexities
