We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Learning Operations and Implementation Lead Associate to join our Learning and Leadership Development team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland - hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Ensuring large scale, global, strategic learning initiatives are successfully implemented by managing the administration required to deliver learning on time, to the right people, via our learning management system.
• Collating data to track implementation success e.g., number of learner registrations and course completions.
• Analyzing data for stakeholder and regulator reports.
• Supporting external vendors to ensure they are compliant with our internal policies.
• Helping with the integration of a new Learning Experience Platform aimed at transforming the learning experience for our employees.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Three to five years of project management experience, preferably in learning program implementation, and an understanding of agile principles, to plan and deliver on multiple initiatives at the same time.
• Experience of using a learning management system (LMS) and preferably a learning experience platform (LXP) e.g., Degreed, in a global organization; and working with third party vendors.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools e.g., Excel/PowerBI to collate, analyse and report on data.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to consult with stakeholders, vendors, and present in-person and virtually when required.
• Bachelor s degree in organization development, psychology, financial services, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
