We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Business Planning and Analysis to join our team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland – HYBRID.

Team Description: (Overview of the Team)

The EB CAO office provides administrative and management support to the EB Chief Executive Officer and Executive Committee in the day to day running of the bank.  

Job Purpose:

Support the implementation and ongoing management of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) activities across EB. Work with all relevant parties to ensure that ESG is embedded across BNYM SANV businesses (1^st line) in a standardised, consistent manner, aligned to enterprise level activities and in accordance with all necessary regulations, policies, and procedures.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Working with the EB ESG lead assist in the definition of the target operating model for ESG, the development of the implementation plan to achieve the Target model and then support the execution of that plan within the set timeline and to the set budget. Work closely with all other ESG areas within BNYMellon to ensure the EB ESG target model is aligned with the enterprise activities and consistent will activities occurring across the company.
• Support the management of the end-to-end completion and submission or publication of any EB ESG disclosures or regulatory returns. Ensure the collation of the required quantitive and qualitative data from the relevant departments who have the information, confirm that the supplying department has adhered to all relevant data governance policies and procedures and work with the supplying department to resolve any data quality or data governance issues.
• Liaise with other entities and bodies completing ESG disclosures or regulatory returns to ensure alignment and consistency in approach, methodology and production of the disclosures and source data.
• Assist in the management of any follow up actions resulting from the submission or publication of the EBESG disclosures or regulatory returns.
• Support the documentation and maintenance of any relevant policies and procedures regarding the ESG within EB SANV disclosures.
• Work closely with the EB Business Support Expert with the aim to back him/her up.

Education/Qualifications:

• Degree Level education required.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance matters
• Knowledge of the EU regulatory landscape and legislation highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience in Financial Services.
• Experience working in a confidential environment.
• Experienced in enterprise level reporting, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project
