Responsibilities:
- manage work of 10 team members (regular meetings, frequent feedback, performance discussions),
- develop measures to effectively manage knowledge within the team,
- perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within and outside the organization,
- ensure that the team’s KPIs are monitored, actions are taken, evaluated accordingly and delegated,
- act as the single point of contact to the suppliers for all accounts payable related requirements,
- identify process improvement and standardization opportunities, support the implementation process.
Requirements:
- min. 4 years of previous experience in finance and accounting (especially within A2R, OTC/CM processes),
- experience in leading a team,
- degree in Accounting/Finance/Economy (or equivalent),
- good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software,
- strong competence in leadership area,
- experience in Shared Services for a global company would be an advantage,
- excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills,
- good knowledge of English (min. B2).
