Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

We are looking for technology strategists who can design and position the S4/ HANA Value Case at CxO level and who have sufficient experience to shape the value case, define the transformation journey and lead it as the key interlock to the top leadership of our clients, collaborating with our SAP experts during the implementation phase.

What do you need to start?

• More than 6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a consultancy or in industry as part of an in-house consulting team with an exclusive focus on strategic transformation and improvement projects (cross-divisional) with a focus on ERP, platform and technology strategy/transformation.
• Deep, cross-industry understanding of various business models and value drivers.
• Leadership skills and experience in personnel responsibility; experience in leading performance-oriented teams, experience in building teams.
• Project experience in SAP S4/ Hana, Journey to Cloud, Best-of-Breed Platform, ERP, strategic technology transformation.
• Experience in project management of complex strategy and transformation projects.
• Experience in personal consulting of CxOs in organizations, as well as a "thought partner/ advisor" on current trends in the areas of technology strategy, enterprise transformation, cloud, SAP S4/ HANA, ideally a strong profile as an expert on common digital transformation topics.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in the English-speaking international environment.
• Pronounced willingness to travel (travel at home and abroad up to a maximum of 50% depended by projects)

• You develop individual solutions to overcome challenges resulting from the digitization of existing business models and the development of new ones.
• You lead innovative strategy projects at top management level in a promising and international working environment.
• You work on digital topics of the future in an international Capgemini network.
• You are up to date on trends around technologies & shared services and have an understanding of impacts on different business areas and models, (ideally) of SAP S/4 Hana, Cloud Transition, Central Finance, Success Factors, Ariba.
• You enjoy combining digital topics, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the ability to think conceptually and analytically.
