We are a unique industry skilled Team working for leading Consumer Goods and Services Clients in Europe and beyond. Our capability and experience allow us to address most burning transformation challenges that Consumer Goods Clients face in a fast paced economy.

Your responsibilities

  • You will translate client business problems to analytics hypothesis & model

  • You will lead team in the data synthesis process, solution design and creation of actionable insights, implications and recommendations to address client's business issues in the areas of Route-to-market, Sales optimization, Revenue management, Incentive management, Consumer targeting and Marketing analytics

  • You will provide high-end consulting to clients to help them sharpen their business strategy by implementing analytical models using various techniques that support the realization of business objectives

  • You will develop KPI frameworks for evaluating direct and indirect impacts of initiatives

  • You will generate knowledge sharing trends in the team, participate in developing white papers & share new trends in sales & marketing analytics with colleagues and evolve one’s own opinion on the concepts Client and Project Management

  • You will release your potential by working in a dynamic, cross-cultural, innovative team.

  • You will be working in a hybrid model, delivering work remotely and travelling across Europe to cooperate with leading Consumer Goods industry players.

Our requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Consumer Goods Industry

  • Working experience in the Analytics/Data Science Team (as part of the firm itself or as part of consulting organization) for leading CG&S companies.

  • Experience in developing & implementing analytics model-based solutions addressing challenges like Route Optimization, Outlet Segmentation/Churn/Cross-sell or Upsell, Incentive Management, Revenue Optimization (Pricing, Portfolio/Assortment, Promotion), Marketing Mix Modeling, etc.

  • Strong understanding of sales & marketing B2C & B2B function & business questions in CPG context

  • Experience working with a development team for analytics model implementation either on-premises or cloud solution is a plus

  • Strong project management skills and ability to own project management for module/ part of a project

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate actionable insights, trends, and measure performance

  • Ability to work on client site with minimal supervision and prepare project documentation on time

  • Ability to talk to clients & internal stakeholders (Development team, Data/Cloud SME, etc.) independently both onshore and onsite Communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidently communicates and articulates. Identifies, escalates, tracks and resolves issues in a timely manner

  • Strong deck writing skills. Can make a crisp deck with a compelling storyline

  • At least a BA in management, business, economics, or engineering from a leading university

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (good level of German/French would be a plus)

Working conditions

  • Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
  • Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.
  • Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
