Your Job

As a Customer Care Coordinator France, CE, Nordics you shall cooperate with main stakeholders: County Leaders, GMs, TLs in supply chain, Internal GBS TLs and Sales Directors when needed in regards to:

  • managing own customers portfolio, taking care of the whole order to delivery process, resolving inquiries and providing the best quality of service for our customers
  • partnering closely with regional stakeholders and other departments of the company, keeping professional and positive communication, working as a unique team

About You

You shall also be responsible for:

Liaison with Capability Team:

  • to act as a subject matter expert, providing team specific trainings, helping resolving other team members’ queries regarding processes or communication with customers/stakeholders, helping other team members deal with emergency situations (like stock allocation or rollovers)
  • to handle country mailbox on a daily basis, single point of contact for co-departments, managing and distributing the workload between team members, seeing the bigger picture and cascading all relevant information to team members

TL back-up:

  • to coordinate tasks within team
  • to request and organize sufficient back up for team members in team leader absence
  • to lead Tier 1 meetings or other team meetings in team leader absence
  • to attend Tier 2 meetings in team leader absence or whenever required by team leader or senior manager

What makes you to stand out:

  • Relevant experience in a customer facing role
  • Problem solving skills and analytical mindset
  • Fluent English and French, both written and spoken
  • SAP Expert proficiency
  • Salesforce Expert proficiency

This role is offered as a hybrid position from the Krakow Office.
