Responsibilities:
- check and enter invoices for goods and services,
- verifying the approval of all invoices,
- ensuring correct coding of invoices,
- chasing invoices awaiting approval,
- investigating discrepancies in the payment process,
- reconciling supplier statements and direct debit payments,
- contact with suppliers,
- updating supplier database,
- assist in the year-end audit process.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in the field of finance/accounting,
- experience in Workday Finance would be an advantage,
- knowledge of English & German (min. B2),
- ability to use all MS Office packages, in particular Excel,
- solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
