Responsibilities:

• taking care of and building close relationships with assigned portfolio of clients, responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner,
• managing end-to-end order management process (creating and processing orders in the system, verifying pricing and availability, processing necessary documents, monitoring shipping status),
• cooperating closely with other internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance etc.),
• ensuring customer and order data is maintained in the system in line with company and quality standards.

Requirements:

• fluent English and Italian (at least B2),
• min. 1–2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain etc.,
• previous experience with SAP,
• excellent communication and customer service skills,
• ability to prioritize workload.
