For our client, an international manufacturing company with an office located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Order Management Specialist with Italian. As part of this role, you will be responsible for solving a variety of customer queries and accurate processing of orders.
Order Management Specialist with Italian
Responsibilities:
- taking care of and building close relationships with assigned portfolio of clients, responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner,
- managing end-to-end order management process (creating and processing orders in the system, verifying pricing and availability, processing necessary documents, monitoring shipping status),
- cooperating closely with other internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance etc.),
- ensuring customer and order data is maintained in the system in line with company and quality standards.
Requirements:
- fluent English and Italian (at least B2),
- min. 1–2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain etc.,
- previous experience with SAP,
- excellent communication and customer service skills,
- ability to prioritize workload.
