Legal Centre of Excellence provides assistance in the area of legal process outsourcing and fulfilment of regulatory compliance duties.
The idea behind Legal CoE is to combine expertise of regular legal practice of PwC Legal with an access to cost-efficient team of legal and paralegal professionals.
Due to the dynamic growth of the CoE, we are looking for new Team Members that will support Contract Lifecycle Management and Legal Tech implementations for our clients.
Legal Tech (Senior) Specialist in Legal Center of Excellence
Location: Gdansk/remote
What we expect from you:

Practical knowledge of implementing CLM solutions; previous experience in implementing one or more of solutions: Icertis, Conga, Ironclad, ContractPodAi, Arriba

Understanding Source to Pay processes and correlation with CLM
-
Practical knowledge of basic areas of law (corporate law, contract law, commercial law); Legal background is preferred;

Very good written and spoken English;

Knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage
-
Attention to detail and to-do approach

Analytical thinking and ability to resolve complex issues

Ability to multitask and complete assignments in timely manner with highest standards of quality

Proven ability to build links between business and technical requirements

Interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
What will be your job:

Implementation and support of CLM solutions for clients
-
Cooperation with clients to gather and document business requirements;
-
Liaison with PwC experts to incorporate specific legal requirements into business process & tech functionality requirements

Analysis and consulting in the area of Contract Lifecycle Management and related processes and reflecting these in respective legal tech solutions

Prepare, maintain and update respective documentation covering aspects of legal content, business processes and respective legal tech requirements and decisions
