Responsibilities:
- leading sales/onboarding team,
- developing and closing new business opportunities,
- running the proposal, creation and presentation process,
- organizing business meetings to attract new customers,
- running customer accounts from a commercial perspective,
- negotiating commercial terms for new contracts,
- managing the relationship with key commercial partners,
- working closely with the marketing department.
Requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience selling digital products/services,
- experienced at developing and executing sales strategies and tactics in a B2B/Channel partner environment with a high level of complexity,
- experienced at managing customer relationships, keeping abreast of service issues and identifying add-on sales opportunities,
- accustomed to working in a goal-driven environment,
- strong closing skills,
- experienced with contract negotiations,
- strong affinity with knowledge of digital media mix,
- motivated to hunt,
- fluency in Polish and English,
- curious about new technologies, thinking about continuous improvement and finding new tools and methods to work effectively.
