Responsibilities:
  • leading sales/onboarding team,
  • developing and closing new business opportunities,
  • running the proposal, creation and presentation process,
  • organizing business meetings to attract new customers,
  • running customer accounts from a commercial perspective,
  • negotiating commercial terms for new contracts,  
  • managing the relationship with key commercial partners,
  • working closely with the marketing department.
Requirements:
  • at least 5 years of experience selling digital products/services,
  • experienced at developing and executing sales strategies and tactics in a B2B/Channel partner environment with a high level of complexity,
  • experienced at managing customer relationships, keeping abreast of service issues and identifying add-on sales opportunities,
  • accustomed to working in a goal-driven environment,
  • strong closing skills,
  • experienced with contract negotiations, 
  • strong affinity with knowledge of digital media mix,
  • motivated to hunt,
  • fluency in Polish and English,
  • curious about new technologies, thinking about continuous improvement and finding new tools and methods to work effectively.
