Opis stanowiska:
- leads and motivates a cross-functional team (30 FTEs) in a dispersed international environment,
- responsible for the performance of direct reports, evaluation of their work and regular meetings with them,
- manage continuous process improvements in P2P processes, systems, procedures and coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional,
- simplify, reduce and automate manual work, identify and implement best practices through standardization and automation,
- control, manage and report on key performance indicators (SLA/KPI),
- manage timely execution of monthly & year-end closing activities,
- responsible for defining leading processes, maintaining procure-to-pay policies, relevant standard templates and supporting tools, and identifying new opportunities to increase efficiency.
Wymagania:
- at least 3 years of experience as PtP Manager,
- at least 8 years of experience in SSC/BPO environment,
- university degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent,
- excellent Accounting knowledge,
- good understanding of automation opportunities,
- strong ability to coach and motivate staff,
- excellent written and oral skills in English,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- strong leadership skills,
- experience in project management and process improvement.
