Business Process Analyst will be an integral member of the EMEA KCP Finance Pricing Operations team. You will be a liaison between IT and Finance team dealing with the analysis and design of business processes in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts with an ultimate goal to reduce process complexity, increase process efficiency and effectiveness, and streamline operational processes

Additionally You will have an opportunity to grow in the Finance structure, supporting external and internal customers. Your role will be an integral part of the team, allowing the whole Finance team to achieve financial goals and lead the world in essentials for better life.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse data from different systems – financial and non-financial.
  • Utilise financial measures and analysis of operational impacts to evaluate the cost and benefits of current processes and identification of potential areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the analysis and preparation of recommendations that will drive greater productivity, reduce waste, or eliminate duplication.
  • Create metrics and audit processes to ensure established goals are met and process improvements are sustained.
  • Create and support reports, dashboard and flows under the supervision of the Team leader.
  • Partner with business to maintain ongoing communication regarding improvement opportunities.
  • Work with operational team members to understand processes, root causes and outcomes.
  • Support operational team in case of resources gaps.

  • You also have a good understanding of Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate as well as MS Office & SharePoint knowledge (Excel in particular). 
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and team spirit who know how to manage time effectively
  • You’re a university graduate with a degree in IT or finance, or a related area or you have worked in a Customer facing role - might be a plus
  • SAP (MM, SD, FICO) or Saleforce, Tableau knowledge is a plus
  • Minimum C1 level: English language, any other European language is a plus.
