Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

The FTTC program is designed for talented graduates and those currently working, who are looking for a role where they can combine technology, finance, and creative design to help clients solve complex business and technology challenges.

During the program, you will also receive the training necessary to work with our multinational clients, gaining the relevant skills to work with external clients and fulfil roles such as a consultant, project manager, change manager and transition manger - depending on your preferences and strengths!

Application process:

The video may be recorded via phone or laptop camera. Add the video to Google Drive/YouTube and share with us the link to the video in your CV. The video will serve as your portfolio that will help us evaluate your self-presentation skills.

Next steps of the recruitment process:

If your application is adequate, a recruiter will schedule HR interview with you. Next, you will be invited to the assessment that covers an online group task and online interview with the manager. After the assessment we will inform you about our decision.

What do you need to start?

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Very good working knowledge of and ability to use MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
• Organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to understand the requirements of the client’s business
• A proactive, curious, and can-do attitude.
• Ability to quickly adapt and openness to business travels

What duties will help you grow?

• Seek to deliver a consistently high quality of customer service by working with clients to identify potential weaknesses in their businesses, before providing suggestions for exceptional solutions.
• Learn how to design and deliver market leading business solutions, using some of the best technologies available today.
• Work on projects that are in development, engaging with your client to understand how the new technology will impact the people using it, and what measures need to be taken to ensure the business is prepared for this change.
• Manage project or assist in managing one to ensure client deliverables are met, timelines are managed, tollgates are achieved, and the relevant resources are assigned achieving their utilisation. 
• Identify simple ideas that add value to day-to-day operations or tasks and makes improvements to process within own area of remit.
• Prepare and participate in workshops and meetings, internal and external e.g. prepare materials, presentations, tools and other deliverables.
