Responsibilities:
- ensuring timely and accurate tax return submissions to tax authorities,
- corporate tax reporting to the tax authorities and to the group,
- support in other tax reporting such as VAT and transfer pricing,
- answering ad hoc tax questions,
- verification of business operations, transactions and procedure to ensure tax compliance ,
- leading the team up to four,
- coordinating weekly and monthly operational activities, ensuring the right task split in the team and business continuity and following existing rules, e.g. VAT, CIT, WHT, Intrastat, other if needed,
- leading the day-to-day operation of tax team and projects,
- monitoring the quality, compliance, efficiency and effectiveness of the processes,
- cooperation with auditors and tax authorities,
- monitoring and coaching team members in delivering the development tasks,
- building and maintaining good working relationships with other finance teams and business area representatives across a wide range of areas throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- university degree in finance related discipline,
- minimum 4 years of relevant experience,
- any managerial experience will be an asset,
- fluency in English,
- excellent communication skills,
- good planning and organizational skills, with ability to adapt to changing environment,
- highly developed problem-solving skills including the ability to resolve issues impacting different interconnected systems.
