The MDM Junior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring Service Now requests are resolved on a timely manner and according to policies and guidelines. Support projects, prepares SOX Controls. This position acts as back up for the rest of the team on a need by basis.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

The MDM Junior Analyst responsibilities included but are not limited to

Operations management

• Ensure incoming requests are processed according to SLA and in compliance to guidelines and policies
• Identifies process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities
• Adopts and complies with process excellence methodology (lean six sigma, MDI, change control)
• Works closely with different departments and proactively manages stakeholders

Controls and compliance

• Maintains a quality focus culture within the team
• Responsible for preparing the relevant SOX controls
• Ensure efficient, timely and satisfactory implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by Senior Supervisor, Internal Control or Audit
• Creates and maintains internal processes and controls documentation
• Scope of Services: vendor and employee master data maintenance, creation/change of chart of accounts, intercompany vendors and customers maintenance, project codes and dir3 (electronic invoicing Spain)

Education Requirements

• Bachelor or HBO Degree in Finance /Business related subjects
• Lean or Six Sigma green / yellow belt is a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English, any other European language is a plus

Work Experience

• A combined professional experience of 1 years is required in the areas of finance master data: vendor, customer, items, employees, chart of accounts or shared service organization
• Service Now or similar workflow management tooling - preferable
• ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MFG pro, BPCS, PRMS) - preferable
