Responsibilities:
- overseeing the entire lifecycle of customer orders, from receiving them to their shipment,
- entering, validating, and releasing orders in the system,
- managing proof of delivery (POD) processes,
- handling the administrative workflow for returns,
- contacting existing business partners to inquire about their satisfaction,
- analyzing order patterns, exploring shipping alternatives, and reviewing additional information as needed,
- negotiating delivery dates, quantities, freight costs, and service penalties when necessary.
Requirements:
- fluent written and verbal French and English,
- previous experience in Supply Chain area is required,
- good analytical skills,
- proven experience in Customer Support/Service,
- knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP) will be an asset,
- good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
