We are looking for a Material Resource Planner to raw material manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules. The Material Resource Planner's responsibilities include determining material specifications, creating and maintaining inventory schedules, coordinating with internal departments, and managing external stakeholder relations.

A Material Resource Planner should be able to ensure “on time and in full” supply of cost-efficient and high-quality materials required to maintain steady production and product delivery.

What do you need to start?

• Bachelor degree in Inventory Management, Logistics or any other field is Preferred.
• 3-8 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.
• Good excel skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve manage complex problems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What duties will help you grow?

• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders in SAP.
• Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and trends.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, volume changes and cancellations.
• Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
• Executes potential deviations to the plan assessing with the suppliers the feasibility of the changes, rapidly highlighting to the affected internal stakeholders if the changes are not possible.
• Effectively partner with all internal and external business partners. 
• Focuses and encourages continuous improvements (CI) of the process supported. 
• Supports material and component Phase in and Phase Out processes. 
• Highlight opportunities to have developed through global programs to deliver continuous improvement in KPI's. 
• Align with strategies and realization of departmental and company goals, advances succession planning by holding career conversations with material planning lead.
