  • verification and processing of incoming PO and Non-PO invoices, credit notes and other AP documents,
  • reconciliation of AP accounts. Maintaining and providing AP reports,
  • prepare and execute payment proposals in a timely and accurate manner
  • updating internal processes,
  • maintain and provide relevant documents for audit, as required, and support on similar issues,
  • identifying potential process improvements and proposing their implementation,
  • perform other tasks related to the AP process, supporting with ad-hoc tasks,
  • providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders,
  • highlighting/pointing out and initiating resolution (proposing solutions) to operational issues.
  • university degree in finance and accounting,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions,
  • good knowledge of SAP,
  • work experience in the BPO/SSC sector,
  • fluency in English (C1),
  • knowledge of German (min. B1), will be an asset.
