Process Owner - KPI Benchmarking 

As a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Benchmarking Process Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our benchmarking initiatives, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our KPI measurement processes, and enabling our clients to gain valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a KPI Benchmarking Process Owner. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, and continuous improvement of our KPI benchmarking processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and business stakeholders, to ensure the integrity and reliability of our benchmarking activities.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Lead the design, development, and documentation of standardized KPI benchmarking processes and methodologies to ensure consistent and accurate measurement across different business units and industries
  • Maintain data collection mechanisms, data quality controls, and validation protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of benchmarking data
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing KPI measurement processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to drive efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to benchmark performance against industry standards, identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to KPI benchmarking, incorporating relevant advancements into our processes
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams and clients on benchmarking methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their benchmarking-related inquiries, providing guidance on data interpretation, and offering insights for strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all benchmarking activities

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in process improvement, data analysis, or performance measurement, preferably in a benchmarking or analytics-focused role
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, performance measurement methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience with data management systems, data integration, and ETL processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry-specific benchmarks and standards is a plus
