Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

• 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Excellent servant leadership skills with expertise in preparing, executing and supporting agile delivery model/framework.
• Experience with Agile maturity assessments, developing & leading Agile coaching programs/workshops for Agile teams, driving change, utilizing agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Knowledge of DevOps is required.
• Establishing and leading Scrum events, values, metrics etc.
• Ability to work in complex environments with multi-location teams, multiple technologies and engage with customers.
• Assessing the Agile Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable for the team and organization.
• Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills.

It's not essential but we appreciate if you also have:

• Other relevant certifications like Agile Coach, Kanban or SAFe are good to have.
• Experience with different Agile frameworks like XP, Kanban, SAFe, DA, etc, (this is in addition of Scrum, not to replace Scrum)
• Experience with Change management and Agile transformation.

• Ensuring that the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.
• Actively working with key stakeholders to provide updates.
• Assisting with internal and external communication improving transparency and radiating information.
• Working environment to expand skills as a Scrum Master and improvise/learn other Agile software development frameworks.
• Collaborate to share knowledge, ideas and learn with local and global Agile communities in the organization.
• A prospective path towards an Advanced Scrum Master and Agile Coach in future.
• Help the organization to enhance our Agile community and growth of the competency and CoE.
• Prospect to work with local and international customers and teams.
