What do you need to start?

• Experience as a project professional who has experience (3+ years) implementing change management/digital transformation/digital adoption
• Experience in solving business change problems with organizational, operational and technology changes, with track record of successful implementation to time, cost and quality
• Experience in delivering business change strategies/plans, using change impact assessment or other change management techniques
• Experience in leading change management/digital transformation/digital adoption teams is a plus
• Experience of post-acquisition integration implementation is a plus
• Degree in economy, management, engineering or computer science is a plus
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Fluent German and/or French is a plus

What duties will help you grow?

• Implementing change management/digital transformation/digital adoption approach and solutions to be used, based on the business strategy and project scope
• Supporting project stakeholders in change management/digital transformation/digital adoption, to accelerate business development and project execution, in line with the business strategy and project scope
• Close cooperation with other project teams and with the client during both preparation and execution part of the project
• Occasional travel may be required (depending on the project)
