Network Design Consultant (CN)
Your responsibilities
-
Working with key stakeholders to understand needs and requirements, and drive project success

Customer and product aggregation to simplify the digital twin implementation
-
Providing business input for Strategic and Tactial Network Design
-
Performing Network Design modelling through internal or market tools such as Coupa-Llamasoft, Riverlogic or Simio
-
Provide support of Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) which align with business strategies and regional procurement needs
-
Project management running transformation projects, coordinating different stakeholders
-
Ensure Value Realization through performance measurements/KPIs monitoring and deriving corrective actions
-
Participate in RFP processes, including the development or written proposals and presenting them in orals
Our requirements
-
4+ years of progressive business and / or consulting experience
-
Hands-on experience on Network Design, with at least one of the key tools in the market: Coupa-Llamasoft, Riverlogic, AIMMS, Logility-Starboard
-
Experience with Strategic or Tactical Network Design projects across multiple geographies and industries
-
Sourcing, Planning and Fulfillment knowledge and experience working or relating with Logistics Services providers
-
Proficient in English other languages will be a plus

This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the "C" level executives in a range of environments

The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools

Working conditions
- Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
- Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.
- Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
