What do you need to start?

• Seniority of Experiences – 4 years or more // professional experience /process knowledge withing ( OTC/RTR/PTP ETC.)
• Language skills – ENGLISH /FRENCH - C1
• Educational background – University degree

What duties will help you grow?

• Direct supervisor for the team
• 1st level of contact and operational communication with the client
• 1st points of escalation
• Organization of his/her own work and work of the team, setting priorities
• Effective communication with the team, regular team, and individual meetings, providing feedback on regular basis
• Delivery according to SLA OLA and KPIs
• Control over the process and the team
• Responsible for creating back up structure and ensuring that it works
• Issue solving, suggesting possible changes or solutions to AM/DM or the client
• Inform the team about the main goals for the BSv project, explanation of the goals for the delivery center
• Preparing and coordination of audits
• KPIs reporting
• Recruitment
