Financial Controller
In the role of Financial Controller, you will be responsible for preparing statutory financial reports, handling tax matters and overseeing entities’ P&L and BS.
You will ensure organizational financial stability and statutory compliance for entities within the assigned area. In this role you will also provide advice on VAT and local GAAP requirements to other finance and non-finance department as well as manage and support our outsourced team for month-end tasks, balance sheet reconciliation and/or payroll items.
As a part of a global team, you will be working closely with other financial controllers and support projects and cross countries’ initiatives.

About You
With experience as a financial controller or in accounting and reporting in a multinational company you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your field. Your exceptional English verbal and written communication skills allow you to communicate effectively at all levels
Your good understanding of tax accounting and reporting will enable you to act as a focal point for external auditors providing source information and driving the completion of statutory audits
You thrive in a changing and dynamic work environment, and you eagerly accept stretch goals. Your previous exposure to a major ERP system (preferably SAP R3/S4) will be helpful to get up to speed with our processes.
This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
