Profile Summary

The Master Data Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring Service Now requests are resolved in a timely manner and according to policies and guidelines. Support projects, prepares SOX Controls.

What you will do

• Ensure incoming requests are processed according to SLA and in compliance to guidelines and policies

• Works closely with different departments and proactively manages stakeholders

• Responsible for preparing the relevant SOX controls

• Ensure efficient, timely and satisfactory implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by Senior Supervisor, Internal Control or Audit

• Creates and maintains internal processes and controls documentation, maintenance of
  vendor and employee master data

What you need

• Fluent spoken and written English, German and Turkish 

• Bachelor or HBO Degree in Finance/Business related subjects

• Lean or Six Sigma green/green belt is a plu

• Professional experience of 2 years is required, ideally in the areas of finance master data: vendor, customer

• Experience using Oracle, SAP, Service Now or similar ERP systems

• Experience in a multinational or shared service centre an advantage

• Accustomed to working with deadlines, ability to manage multiple priorities

• Customer-focused and service-oriented

• Problem-solving skills
