For our Client, a global leader among companies dealing with environmental protection and energy-saving solutions, we are looking for a candidate for the position of OTC Director for Krakow GBS. The main task in this function will be to maintain the process and actively participate in the transformations. The company's headquarters is in Krakow.

Responsibilities:
  • manage the Order to Cash department of 30+ FTEs (including 2 Managers - direct reports) and manage daily operational activities,
  • standardize existing OTC operations (e.g. Cash Application, Credit Management, Billing & Collection, Cash Allocation),
  • ensure quality delivery of services and compliance to business, finance standards, and policies for several Group's entities in EMEA countries,
  • motivate, coach, and develop people, monitor and interpret team key performance indicators (KPIs),
  • ensure continuous improvement of OTC processes and procedures,
  • collaborate with various departments within the company, key internal/external stakeholders, and PTP and RTR managers,
  • direct reporting to the Head of GBS, recommendations for improvements, and active participation in the transformation of the department.
Requirements:
  • +10 years of experience in accounting departments in international structures,
  • end-to-end OTC process knowledge and previous experience as an OTC Director/OTC Manager or relevant experience in a finance department,
  • English language proficiency at a C1 level,
  • demonstrated leadership skills: influential, confident in leading international meetings, drive for results, effective planning/prioritization, project & change management,
  • knowledge of Accounting/ERP systems (SAP experience beneficial) and MS Office applications,
  • strong stakeholder management skills and work with a diverse international team and ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
