Your responsibilities

  • Enabling Clients transformation into Sustainable Intelligent Enterprise

  • Carbon footprint calculations throughout the value chain and ESG reporting

  • support clients with calculation of their corporate carbon footprint as well as product carbon footprint according to GHG protocol

  • support clients in analyzing and improving their data collection processes as part of their ESG reporting process

  • support clients in ESG reports

  • Support Clients in gathering the carbon footprint data (e.g., Scope 3 emissions) and in applying cloud analytics into daily operations

  • Visualizing carbon footprint related data with proper analytics dashboards

  • Analyzing IT landscape of clients for carbon footprint accounting and ESG reporting and support potential improvements

  • Creating behavioral adoption KPIs measuring the business readiness for a decarbonization-induced change

Our requirements

  • Understanding of carbon footprint across the value chain

  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes specific for Industry

  • Interest in Sustainability, Energy Transition, ESG, Decarbonization methodologies

  • Interest in latest ESG regulations (e.g., EU Taxonomy, CSRD and ISSB) and Fit for 55 agenda across Europe

  • Experience with Product Carbon footprint software such as Atos and iPoint or similar

  • Experience with EHS software such as Enablon, SAP Sustainability Control Tower, ServiceNow ESG Command Center, Microsoft Sustainability Manager or similar

  • Strong project management, networking and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate complex processes and concepts in non-technical, end user- friendly language

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Natural Science/International Business/ Management/ Psychology/ Sustainability/ Energy

  • +3 years of Industry experience would be a strong asset

  • Proactive approach towards business challenges and opportunities

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and written & verbal communications competencies, ability to network with large groups of people

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

  • Good level of other foreign EU language e.g. Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch would be a strong asset

Working conditions

  • Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
  • Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
  • We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
