What do you need to start?

• Extensive experience in software engineering, with a focus on custom order book development and matching agents. 
• Proficiency in Golang/Java/C++ (5+ years of experience), with a strong preference for hands-on experience in developing high-performance systems. 
• Proven track record of designing and implementing custom order books that can efficiently manage a high volume of concurrent transactions. 
• Familiar with financial security elements such as stocks, bonds, fixed income, mutual funds, etc. 
• Ability to create innovative solutions from scratch, pushing the boundaries of what's achievable in trading systems. 
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. 
• Sufficient English level for communication (verbal & written)

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

• Familiarity with High-frequency trading would be beneficial
• Knowledge of financial systems, payment processing, and cross-border transactions
• Exchange connectivity design/development, including markets like CME, HKEX, SGX etc.

What duties will help you grow?

• Lead the design and development of a high-performance custom order book capable of handling over 1 million concurrent deals. 
• Create a state-of-the-art matching agent that efficiently pairs buyers and sellers, optimizing transaction execution. 
• Utilize your deep expertise in Golang/Java/C++ to architect an order book system that ensures security, scalability, and reliability. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate the order book and matching agent seamlessly into our trading platform. 
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into your designs. 
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. 
• Develop high-performance order-book and matching systems for global trading activities. 
• Design the foundational core of a modern trading platform using C++, Java, or Golang. 
• Address complex challenges in order-book dynamics and matching algorithms. 
• Enhance your skills working with real-time order processing and execution. 
• Lead architectural decisions and play a pivotal role in shaping the platform's functionality.
