Opis stanowiska:
- reach out to customers regarding unsettled payments,
- perform cash collection processing and identify potential disputes,
- perform Credit Management activities,
- identify potential bad debts and high-risk customers,
- research and resolve customer dispute cases,
- updating documentation.
Wymagania:
- knowledge of English and German (at least B2 level),
- previous experience in Customer Service or OTC/AR area,
- understanding of end-to-end OTC/AR process or willingness to learn it,
- problem-solving and detail-oriented,
- good analytical skills,
- educational background in the Finance and Accounting area would be an asset.
