Junior Category Manager with French

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

• Have 3+ years of experience as Country Category Buyer/Sourcing Specialist
• Communicate in French and English at proficient level
• Have knowledge and experience in Training and Professional Services field
• Have strong multiple stakeholder experience
• Proven track record working in international team(s)
• Practical knowledge of Excel 

What duties will help you grow?

• Be accountable for managing multiple training and professional services subcategories (including HR Recruiting, HR Services, Audit and Financial Services, Legal Services, Tax and Payroll Services) according to the Group and Category Guidelines
• Build strong partnership relation with business stakeholders in multiple French entities of Capgemini
• Monitor and report the progress of initiated sourcing and saving initiatives
• Negotiate best prices and ensure the benefits coming from the total cost of ownership
• Manage local French contracts – cooperate with Legal, GDPR officer, Cyber security and Business owners
• Implement global frame agreements in French entities and drive compliance to them
