
Client Visit Coordinator (Event Coordinator)
Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
What do you need to start?
- Fluency in English - B2/C1 level
- Experience in Event / Project Management / Coordination
- Good PC skills - working knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Word and MS Excel, SharePoint and MS Teams and other MS applications (e.g. Sway), Evryplace or other virtual walks platform, Graphic design skills – as asset!
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to manage conflicting time demands and multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with a flexible attitude and the ability to work largely on own initiative, Natural “knowledge-sharer”
- Ability to operate in international work environment
What duties will help you grow?
- Cooperation with Global Sales Team and Delivery Heads to arrange a virtual / on site visit: Visit scheduling, managing the Visits’ Diary, Building the visit agenda in line with the key sales messages, Coordination of the visit deliverables (presentations, office tours, sales materials, branding)
- Maintenance of the Client Visit Experience supporting tools
- Providing necessary communication to Capgemini employees (regarding dress code, security policy reminder, etc.)
- Developing, managing and maintaining effective working relationships with: Business Development Community, Capgemini Service Delivery Managers, Design and Marketing team, Client Representatives, Capgemini Vendors.
