Tax Manager

Core Responsibilities:
- Support the operational team in expanding the technical services provided to territory and/or clients served in our Centre in the area of personal tax compliance and/or global coordination services
- Become a subject matter expert on tax and/or global mobility issues with the ability to take ownership for overall compliance services provided by the team
- Manage client engagements and accommodate end-to-end services for international assignments in our Centre, from the first contact with the assignees, through comprehensive preparation and review of tax returns and contacts with their tax office
- Build, maintain and lead strong relationships on technical aspects with the territories served and external clients
- Actively participate in process management and improvement initiatives,
- Train and develop highly performing teams, support knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Min 3-4 years of experience of working in a global mobility / reward / tax or immigration or social security area in a global corporate, consultancy or shared services
- Good knowledge of one or more local personal income tax legislation in Europe or US/Canada will be a strong asset
- Languages: English at least B2 level in speaking and writing or German at a minimum level of B2 with English at a minimum level of B2 in speech and writing.
- Strong time-management skills including proven ability to work independently and ability to proactively manage stakeholders to ensure delivery of results to agreed service levels
- Very good analytical and data skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
