What do you need to start?

• Experience in Sourcing of strategic services in the area of Marketing and communication especially related to:

-    implementing strategies
-    conducting  bids
-    analyzing and signing contracts
-    building relations with Stakeholders (HR, L&D,Marketing etc)

• Good command of Spanish and English
• MS Excel in order to prepare cost comparison and spend analysis
• Readiness to deliver high quality, professional and customer focused service
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take own initiatives and to think outside the box
• Open-minded and positive with good communication skills, team player
• Proactive attitude and innovative approach
• Ability to deliver results within deadline 

What duties will help you grow?

• Provide sourcing activities in Marketing and communication, Mice ( events ) and Employee Benefits for Iberia  and Italy
• Cooperate with global  procurement category for Marcom&Mice&EB related services
• Support the onshore teams in sourcing activities
• Monitor operational supplier performance
• Drive compliance to global contracts and cost optimization through saving initiatives
• Extend your existing knowledge and act as subject matter expert for the supported country and scope
• Understand and drive adoption of procurement policies and processes
• Deliver high quality, professional and customer focused service on a daily basis
