Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

  • Minimum of 4 years application consulting experience
  • Good experience & knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors solution
  • Certified in SAP Compensation and Variable Pay Module
  • At least two projects end-to-end implementation experience in Compensation and Variable Pay Modules
  • Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

What duties will help you grow?

  • Work with launch forms, route forms, form configuration settings and design.
  • Configure compensation template, lookup tables, design worksheet and formula-based field settings.
  • Create groups and assignments for role-based permissions and field-based permissions.
  • Work on eligibility rules, guidelines, executive review settings as per client requirement.
  • Be involved in defining budgets, budget rules and calculations.
  • Work on compensation statement template and generation of compensation statements
  • Be involved in integration settings and changes for sending data from on premise SAP to SF compensation forms.
  • Extensively support and handle issues during year-end activities for compensation management process.
  • Be involved in integration from Success Factors compensation forms to SAP, to update the hikes in SAP system.
