R2A Process Lead

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

• Fluency in English and German
• At least 3 years of previous experience in Finance / Accounting (AR / OtC / O2C / R2R / RtR / GL) area
• Deep knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement
• Effective communication with team
• Very good analytical skills and attention to details

What duties will help you grow?

• Daily support to the team members, responding to process queries and other issues in the R2R areas
• Works closely with Client's Finance Controller and assists R2A Team Leader
• Process complex transactions, resolve process issues, prepare and finalize period close and reporting activities and perform reconciliations.
• General accounting: preparation/accounting, allocations, intercompany and elimination transactions, accruals, provisions, accruals, period closing processes, account reconciliation activities, reporting.
• Fixed assets and intangible assets: accounting activities, month-end closing activities, reporting
