What will you do:

Timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients calls, emails, dunning letters, etc.

Forecast cash, risks, opportunities, past due level,
-
Build long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance and Customer Service departments,

Report collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection,
-
Help in resolution of disputes.
What we expect from you:

Very good Swedish - min. B2 level,
-
Very good English - min. B2 level,
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
-
MS Office Excel skills,
-
Experience in Customer Service, phone contact with customers, complaints solving, and cash collecting would be an asset.
