For our Client, a well-known streaming company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Head of HR for GBS.

Responsibilities:
  • building an HR Shared Services team in Poland, offering global support,
  • responsible for transferring roles and knowledge from the UK,
  • responsible for the full employee lifecycle, ER, HR administration, development and development and engagement,
  • manage the shared services team to deliver business and effectively support HR transactional requirements,
  • employee relations, including disciplinary actions and talent acquisition - ensuring that the company always complies with applicable labour laws,
  • ability to monitor employee performance through a review process for the organization,
  • advising managers on employee relations and performance management,
  • improving and implementing human resources policies and procedures,
  • implementing programs to improve the experience of the organization's employees.
Requirements:
  • degree-level study in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent,
  • 6 years related HR experience,
  • experience in SSC/GBS environment,
  • demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including a strategic mindset,
  • strong consultation, influencing and change management skills,
  • must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and changing priorities,
  • demonstrated the ability to effectively work in a matrixed environment,
  • superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills,
  • very good English (min.C1).
