Our expectations:

• Fluency in English (both written and oral) - C1 level
• Experience in Event/Project Management
• PowerPoint and Excel advanced skills
• Good communication skills, good work organization, creativity
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Your future tasks:

• Projects coordination – various project coordination and support working along with the Executive
• Documentation Flow – making sure the documentation flow is in place and without delays
• Reports preparation – reports based on data gathered from various people and presenting them in a good visual form in Excel. Extensive research/Market intelligence
• Presentation Making – Power Point presentations for various purposes
• Events management /online webinars, trainings – planning, coordinating, agenda preparation
